If Your Company Is Incorporated Outside Of Florida:
You will be required to file a Certificate of Authority to do business in Florida and you must have a Registered Agent in Florida. AM Licensing can provide a Registered Agent for the first 12 months for $100 and complete all of the necessary paperwork to approve your business in Florida for an additional cost of only $200. Your application fee for the Certificate of Authority will depend on whether your company is a corporation ($100) or a LLC ($150).
