American Mortgage Licensing Service Fee: $995
Florida Mortgage Broker Company License Fee (Paid to NMLS): $680.50

If Your Company Is Incorporated Outside Of Florida:

You will be required to file a Certificate of Authority to do business in Florida and you must have a Registered Agent in Florida.
